SHIPPING | DELIVERY

How much is delivery?
Shipping is always FREE! We deliver our boxes to you via UPS ground service, from our distribution center nearest to you. That way, we are sure that the boxes will get to you in the Next Day, guaranteed! Compare that to some companies out there that sell new boxes with "FREE SHIPPING"  and then make YOU pay for fuel surcharges or handling charges to help offset the cost at check out. With Next day Boxes.com, you know that you are paying for your items up front. There are no hidden fees at check out.

When will my moving boxes arrive at my home or office?
Typically the next business day. We ship all of our moving boxes via UPS Ground. Keep in mind, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. If you order after 3:00PM on any day, your boxes will be shipped the next business day. For example, if you order on Friday after 4:30PM, your boxes will ship the next business day (Monday) and typically arrive on Tuesday.

How do the orders ship?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. UPS ships moving boxes and moving supplies direct from our warehouses to your front door.

Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?
No. As long as there is a warm, dry location to leave the material you don not need to be home. UPS will leave your order on covered porches in most types of weather or in garage that is accessible with a guest entry code. Special instructions can be left at Check Out.

Is there a minimum for delivery?
No. There are no minimums for delivery. Simply order any of the items that we sell and the delivery is calculated.

How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Once your order is picked up by UPS and is registered in their system, you can track it directly from their website with the tracking number we will send you. To track your order now: Tracking Information

How can you shipping be so low?
UPS shipping can be expensive, but we keep our costs down by shipping from warehouses throughout the country. This makes your delivery time faster and your boxes arrive in better condition (not after days and 1000's of miles on a truck).

MOVING BOXES

Are your boxes shipped flat or folded?
Most of our boxes are folded especially the larger sizes. This makes it easier for our customers and our shipping partners to lift and carry compact packages.

Are the boxes you sell in your bundles new?
Yes. All of the boxes we sell are brand new and are professional movers' size and strength, like U-haul, for the ease of your move and the safety of your belongings.

What is the quality of the boxes you sell?
All of our moving boxes are professional moving grade quality. This means that our boxes are standard sized moving boxes and constructed of 200# test minimum or 32ECT with a certified load capacity up to 65 lbs.

What is ECT?
Edge Crust Test or ECT - The edge crush test is associated to the stackable sturdiness of a box. ECT informs you of how many pounds of pressure a box can stand up to (expressed in pounds per lineal inch). ECT is normally portrayed as a numeric value. For instance, your common single wall shipping and moving boxes rates an ECT of 32 and is portrayed in the shipping industry as ECT-32.

What is 200# test?
Bursting Test - Bursting stableness is a trusted way of grading boxes. The bursting stableness of a box is an evaluation of the power needed to tear or break through the side of corrugated board. This is always indicated in pounds. For instance, your typical single wall shipping or moving box rates a 200# bursting test.

A box is just a box, right?
No. It is important to read and understand the certification stamp that is on the boxes. Some companies pass boxes off as actual moving boxes. Boxes are constructed of paper. Just like there are many types and quality of paper available for your printer, there are various types of quality and paper that go into manufacturing a box. We utilize moving industry standards in the manufacturing of ALL of our boxes, thereby providing your valuable items the maximum protection.

I need only a few boxes that are a specific size can I special order them?
In order to provide professional movers quality boxes at the lowest possible price, we have our boxes manufactured in large quantities, and prepackage them into our convenient bundles. The boxes available are professional moving box size and shape, and are described by approximate cubic feet. The reason for this is we have eight distribution centers across the country, and this keeps our cost low so we can offer the best price.

I need to buy A LOT of boxes for a very big move or I am a moving company. Do you have commercial pricing?
We have an entire commercial shipping box division dedicated to providing the lowest prices possible, on bulk orders. So, if you are looking to purchase orders for a large move or are a mover that needs bulk boxes and supplies, please call or email for a quote.

What about used boxes?
Moving boxes do get weak when reused, and are ruined when they get wet. One of the biggest concerns is the side of the box where the seam is glued. Over time, the glue becomes unreliable. If you do use used boxes, you should inspect them carefully before packing. WE DO NOT SELL USED BOXES. Regulations for carriers like UPS and FedEX prohibit the use of used boxes for shipping.

Do you sell cheap bubble wrap?
No. We only sell Bubble Wrap® bubble wrap by Seal Air Corporation. Cheap bubble wrap does not provide hold air as long and usually results in items arriving damaged due to shifting wile be moved or stored

Does you tape "Stick"?
Yes. We only sell professional grade packing tape. Our tape is a premium tape used by professional movers to pack and seal your valuables. It is a higher quality tape than that available at most retailers. Our tapes aggressive adhesive ensures that it will stick to most surfaces, especially corrugated cardboard moving boxes.

How much do your Moving Blankets weigh?
Our moving blankets are constructed to withstand the stress of moving.  Our moving blankets weigh 45-47 lbs. per dozen.

MATTRESS BAGS | MATTRESS STORAGE BAG

Do your mattress bags have a zipper on them?
No. All of the mattress bags we sell are open on one end for easy insertion of your mattress or box spring. Simply fold over the excess mattress bag, tape closed utilizing packing tape. Carefully remove packing tape and store mattress bag for later use. Mattress Bags are also great for protecting and storing seasonal items.

What color are the mattress bags?
They are clear so you can see what you have packed in them during your move or while they are in storage.

King Mattress Bag and California King Mattress Bag look the same?
They are. Our King Mattress Bag fits your King Mattress and Box Spring as well as a California King set. We list them separate for ease in locating the Mattress Bag that best meets your needs.

Twin Mattress Bag and X-Long Twin Mattress Bag look the same?
They are. Our Twin Mattress Bag fits your Twin Mattress and Box Spring as well as an X-Long Twin set. We list them separate for ease in locating the Mattress Bag that best meets your needs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Can I return any of my boxes that I ordered?
Yes. You can return any of your items as long as they are in a new, unused and resalable condition. Please refer to our Merchandise Return Policy for more information.

Do you have a store location where I can purchase boxes?
No, we do not have retail stores... they are too expensive to run and are not convenient for most people, and our prices would have to go up, just to stay in business like other retail stores!!! We provide the lowest price, the best customer service and FAST FREE delivery (Next Day) to our customers by shipping all of our boxes from one of our eight distribution centers, via UPS Ground. If you order before 3:00PM (time zone of the delivery address), your boxes will be shipped the very same day and be delivered the next business via UPS Ground. Why spend the time (and gas) to drive to a retail store and try to stuff boxes into your car, when our quality boxes are delivered to your door, for less.

Do you dispose of the "other" boxes we use?
No. Contact your local refuse company to find out their requirements for handling these materials. Or contact local charities. They are always in need of boxes.

Do you sell recycled products?
Yes. All of the boxes we sell are new and made with a minimum 30% recycled material. In general, cardboard is the most recycled item out there.

Exactly how much packing material do I need?
Estimating your needs is not an exact science. Everyone has varying amounts of breakables and possessions of high value. Our packing paper is good for wrapping items to avoid scratching but if the item is delicate you will need to wrap it in bubble wrap. Lining the carton with bubble is also suggested for very fragile and valuable items.

How long in advance should I start packing?
It doesn't hurt to get started early. When you start early it allows you to pack at your own pace, make sure everything is packed well and you are not rushed at the last minute. You can start packing now by ordering what you think you need. Since we ship FOR FREE and you are typically receiving your boxes the next business day, you can always order more, if and when you need more.

How can you sell your products at such a low price?
