RETURNS - If you are not 100% satisfied with our moving boxes or moving supplies, you can return them within 14 days from your delivery arrival date for a full and complete refund.

  • No partial returns are accepted;
  • Items must be in their original packaging;
  • You will need to arrange for, and pay for, return shipping;
  • In the unlikely event of receiving incorrect or defective product, you will be sent a prepaid Return Shipping Label; and
  • Your credit card, PayPal or Google account will be credited once the package is received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS - In the event you need to cancel your order, you must notify us by 3pm local time of item(s) destination, Monday through Friday or the following business day if order is placed on a weekend to avoid any charges.
